With multilingual staff on hand, Priority Freight is able to offer excellent service levels to all its clients, no matter what the standard of their English.

By employing staff that have a second, third or, sometimes, fourth language, Priority Freight is able to converse effectively with clients, sub-contractors, customs staff and freight recipients across Europe.

The company’s staff includes employees who are fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, German and Slovakian. Says Logistics Director, Paul Williams, “If there’s a problem with a timecritical delivery, having the appropriate lingo can make all the difference, ensuring that the difficulty is overcome and the goods arrive on time.”
